    no smoking North Cornwall Holiday Cottage - a large detached house, with a spacious south facing garden in Launceston, an excellent location on the Cornwall/Devon border- perfect for exploring Cornwall and Devon too. The beaches of the North Coast, rugged Boscastle (19 miles) and Tintagel are all only a half hour drive away. As is the stark beauty of Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor with their granite tors, and wooded river valleys. On the South Coast the fishing village of Polperro (29 miles). The Eden Project is just 35 miles away. Or take a day trip to Padstow (35 miles). Cycle the Camel Trail. Fresh water fishing, both trout and coarse fishing opportunities are nearby as are golf and horse riding.

    A leisure centre with heated swimming pool, squash courts, multi-gym and outdoor tennis courts is a mere 3 minutes walk away, as is the town Park. Launceston is a small sleepy country town, the house being in a quieter part, the restaurants, cafe, shops & a few pubs being just a few minutes stroll.

    Booking Fee NOT payable. Bed linen, duvet covers and towels are included. Cots and highchairs are available free of charge. Bookings weekly from Saturday to Saturday during main Season. Arrival time 2.30pm. Departure time 9.30am. SORRY NO DOGS. Thank you.
